Mentor a Newcomer (MNC) is a refugees and immigrants led nonprofit organization that addresses the challenges of the same community. Many newcomers arrive in the Bay Area not knowing much about the day-to-day challenges. This often leads to unfamiliar environment, traumatic experiences, and challenges of adapting to their new home - the USA.

Focuses on mentoring youth and their parents, to improve their mental health and well-being, taking youth on admission, financial aid, and tour of universities for higher admission for higher education pathways, supporting sports activities for healthy living, guiding and connecting youth for career pathways.
